Messaging, SMS, and A2P Compliance GoPave enables SMS and MMS messaging only for users who complete A2P 10DLC verification. By using messaging features, you acknowledge and agree that: - You are solely responsible for obtaining all legally required consents (including TCPA compliance) - You certify that all contacts you message have provided valid opt-in consent - You are responsible for campaign content, frequency, and compliance - Message and data rates may apply Standard carrier opt-out keywords (e.g., STOP) are automatically honored. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of messaging access. ## 5\. How We Share Information We do not sell personal data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may share information with: - Infrastructure and hosting providers - Messaging, telephony, and email delivery providers - Payment processors (Stripe) - Analytics and support vendors - Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law All service providers are authorized only to use data as necessary to provide services to GoPave. ## 6\. Data Retention We retain information only as long as necessary to: - Provide the Services - Meet legal, accounting, or compliance requirements - Resolve disputes and enforce agreements Users may request deletion of their data, subject to legal and contractual obligations. ## 7\.
