By opting in to receive text messages from businesses using GoPave, you agree to these terms. ## 2\. Consent to Receive Messages By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages related to: - Appointment confirmations and reminders - Service follow-ups and status updates - Invoice and payment notifications - Review requests - Product demos, onboarding, and account notifications - Marketing and promotional messages (if separately consented) - Business communications from the contractor you contacted ## 3\. Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business and the services you have opted into. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your account activity, appointments, and communication preferences. ## 4\. Opting Out (STOP) You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying **STOP** to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. Carrier Liability Disclaimer Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network and is not guaranteed. ## 8\. Supported Carriers Service is available on most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and many regional carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice. ## 9\. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. **Mobile Information Disclosure:** No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
